give things time...it is too early still for you to make a positive judgment...yes, you do text him alot..very normal with nearly all teenage relationships...getting attached is not necessarily a bad thing..but this early i would take things in stride and not get too serious with things...if it is meant to be thing will work out for the best...be cautious, but not too much so that you are pushing the relationship away...only time will show whether you two belong together...get to know him well...try and find the "real" him...guys often put up a false front until they get what they want...yes, he is older, but that dosent necessarily make him more mature in this aspect....just be careful and watch your self...and dont jump to conclusions about the "relationship".

I haven't really studied the Justice System of Canada but if it is similar to the British Laws then indeed it will be lenient. Their system doesn't believe in hanging and maximum of 25 to life in prison for murder although the majority of the time the prisoner is release before the 25 years is up. The majority of the time for some reason these prisons are executed by their own inmates before they finish their time. You live by the sword you die by the sword.

my 10 week old puppy died yesterday, she woke up at 8am and she was her usual jumpy self but by 9am she suddenly changed, she struggled to balance and her eyes start to glare. she tried to carry on playing but ended up collapsing on my sofa, we called the vets and rushed her in by that time she lost control of her bodily functions and the fecies gave out a horrid stench. soon as we got to the vets they said she has mouth ulcers and put her down there and then saying it was parvo. i did some research and parvo does not kill a dog within 45 minuites. i was told she might of been poisened but was impossible as all proper precautiouns were taken care of and she was shut in my bedroom with me which has nothing harmful to pets. i'd hope someone could tell me how my puppy died which i hand reared from birth because the mother didnt take to her.

My Period pains are now like labour pains?

I gave birth nearly two years ago. For the last six months my period pains now feel like labour pains (all in my backside and completley crippling). I was born in Cairo in 1962. My parents are both Americans but I was raised with my dad's family who is mixed Egyptian. Thanks to those of you who replied to my first question. As there appears to be more than one answer, I'll clarify a little. The HCl was ordered by a colleague. I wanted 0.1M bench acid for school use but he ordered a litre of 35% HCl (That's what it says on the bottle). As a biologist who's too lazy to work out the molarity based on the molecular m of HCl, I thought I'd ask you kind people... So am I right in thinking that it's around 10-12molar? That's a lot of dilution for me to do! I thought it was strong when I opened the bottle and chlorine gas appeared!

1995 ford probe starting problem?

I have a 1995 ford probe with the 2.0 4 cylinder and 5 speed trans. The car will start once its set for a while no problem, but once u drive it and it heats up, u park it shut it off and try to start it again, it wont start, and i get the strong smell of gas like its flooding itself. I took it to a shop the replaced the fuel pressure regulator and it didn't fix it, they said there was nothing wrong with injectors and when your driving the car it runs smooth and has plenty of power. So idk wat it is. any help would b great. Thank you

How to get rid of this farting problem?

Ok,I fart a lot in school but when I get home I don't. When I get home it like magically goes away but in homeroom it comes back and I don't even eat breakfast!! We are having testing this week and some of next week and I have to sit in front of this guy. Farting is distracting me from learning and embaring me!! I wouldn't worry so much about a little discoloration on a RES. What I would do is change the diet from fruits and veggies and Reptomin to what the turtle would find in the wild. For example, guppies or minnows..dump a dozen or so in the tank with the RES and let him exercise while he learns to catch live food. Also, drop a worm or two in the water for him to find while he scavenges on the bottom. Try to think of how this animal would act in the wild and then accommodate that behaviour. You will find your turt will be healthier in the long run.

Okay, so it's my spring quarter at the local community college. I am taking a forensic science cl, and the teacher is horrible!! For one, she has never taught a cl before in her life. She isn't a real teacher, but she is a forensic scientist. Which is cool, however she doesn't know what she is talking about. The cl consists of power point presentations, and that is it. There is no actual lecture, she strictly just reads what she wrote on the power point. The power points, she doesn't even write herself. My boyfriend and I decided to research something online, and the WHOLE power point was online, written by someone else. There are 0 cl ignments. Our grades are made up of 3 tests. That's it. There's no ignments. I usually have really good grades, and right now I have a 60% in this class. It is ridiculous. I have been in class, and studied for the tests, but I am still doing bad. The average on our last midterm was 61% I believe. That is ridiculous! The low score in the class was 30%. I mean, if you have students in the class getting at 30%, then that is ridiculous. Especially when the average is 60. I don't think it is fair for this to go on my transcript, since she will no longer teach this class, and there is no way to re-do the grade. I'm stuck with it. I'm trying to get into the nursing program, and I have to have above a 3.0 which with this grade, it will bring me down to that. I'm beyond furious. Sorry that is long, but I needed to vent. Who would I talk to about this? Do you think it is necessary to talk to someone in my situation?

i take it you meant 160lbs there, well 3 weeks is a start and its good to see enthusiasm but if you really want to get toned and muscular then weight training is the way to go, work out what muscles you want to increase in m and research some exercises to do for those muscles and put together a weekly routine with those exercises, i am impressed with your diet change and hope you can keep it up, when i started lifting weights i found it hard to adjust to the new non deep fried everything diet but yeah protein is what you need for muscle. also if you want to get ripped and appear more muscular then i would recommend doing at least 30 minutes of cardio EVERY DAY not just the days you work out as this will reduce your fat, the weight training does nothing to reduce your fat. check out the website in my sources you should find all you need (it helped me a lot when i started out too) and if you want to ask anything else feel free to message me, i hope this can help

I feel extremely betrayed by my best friend, Last weekend we went out and her cousin joined us (we used to work together but i quit and he has a gf) and that night we made out without though. Lifting Weights?

If I were you, I would sit down and have a serious talk with him but be sure to use only a kind and loving tone. It's very hard when men retire. They're used to working, being needed, having so many in the air at one time. Now, he has nothing to do and is taking out his feelings of helplessness out on everyone around him. what is a good topic that is fairly narrow that I could research and for which I could write an 8-12 pg. paper that concerns the media in some way and how they tie into politics? I can't tackle a huge problem like bias in general, but something more specific that I can yze. Some people are doing how media covered weapons of m destruction, someone else is comparing media treatment of palin and hilary clinton. My anxiety goes through the roof on effexor and cymbalta, but that's just me. It seems that most people denote it's "stimulating" effect. Stimulating can be good if your not suffering from an anxiety disorder. One person may say, "Oh, I feel like I'm amped, and I've got energy" and another may say "my heart races, I sweat, and I can't sleep." If the change is really a problem, perhaps going back to citalopram should be your first step. It's the anti-psychotic causing the weight gain. Zyprexa, olanzapine has the worst side effect profile of all. Eli Lilly is in a huge lawsuit because thousands of people got diabetes after beginning the medication. Truthfully, all the anti-psychotics, even seroquel, quetapine, will cause weight gain, but zyprexa the worst. Abilify is the only one that seems promising. It's relatively non-histaminergic, which is the cause of the weight gain. But, it's lacks the regular dopamine mechanism used to treat bipolar, schizophrenia, and sometimes depression, and some people think it's ineffective. It most be somewhat effective, if it ped clinical trials. Zyprexa has the widest biochemical profile of the newer anti-psychotics available, which is why she was doing good with it. I've read that seroquel is often under prescribed and needs to be pushed up to at least 500 mg. And, that's just a moderate dose. That's definitely something to discuss with her prescribing doctor. Alternatively, she could try geodon or risperdal. After a while you'd think that the weight gain was contributing to her self-image issues, creating a vicious cycle. Abilify may do her some good.

Can a car dealer "take" a new car back after 3 weeks if financing doesn't to through?

My daughter's 19-year-old boyfriend was ecstatic when he learned he would be able to purchase a brand-new car without his parents as co-signers. He bought the car on Oct. 13 and has been driving it happily since. Within the last several days, the dealership has been calling him at his house to tell him that he needs a co-signer or else they'll have to "take" the car back because the gentleman who approved his loan apparently didn't do something correctly and has since been fired. And apparently his loan wasn't approved. My question is, can they do this? He has limited - but good - credit, and has been working at his job for about 15 months, in addition to going to college part-time. And if they CAN take the car back after this time, do they have any right to request money from him for the time he's had the car? He really doesn't want to give the car up, and it seems that since they made the "mistake" of granting him a loan without co-signers, it's not his problem. Should he keep the car and take the dealership to court? Does he even have a case? And shouldn't the dealership have verified that a 19-year-old young man was qualified before allowing him to enter into an agreement and drive the car off the lot? He's trying to establish credit on his own without his parents (who, sadly, do not have good credit), and no, we're not willing to be co-signers for our daughter's boyfriend and put our own very good credit rating at risk. :-) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot understand where your wife is getting this notion from when you seem to centre your self around her and the children. Has she been hurt in the past? or are you her first as well? if so then, is it possible her father cheated on her mother? She needs to find out what issues in her life cause her to question the actions of the people she loves. She will only end up pushing you away and your children will grow up with the same problems as her and no one wants that. My step dad cheated on my mother and this caused me to be a bit of a green eyed monster in the first few stages of my relationship with my fiance. Now I have realised that not everyone cheats and lies and have relaxed a little. She must have some deep rooted issue in her life that has caused her to be like this, this sort of behaviour does not just come out of nowhere. I go to a Catholic school and they don't teach Creationism in Science lessons. I can see from a Theist point of view that science is theory as well as fact and if you believe that Creationism is either one of them then maybe its plausible in a Science lesson. But me personally, I believe that Creationism should be left out of the Science room cause its not a proven fact, its Faith. Ok. So I finally gave in and bought an iPod but am still a little illiterate when it comes to how to use it. I synchronized it with my desktop and have a mixture of songs that I've bought from iTunes and songs from other sources, and my photos, and my movies. I got everything I wanted to get onto my iPod and now have run into an issue. I travel quite a bit and have my laptop which has iTunes on it. I authorized my laptop but would like to be able to add music, movies, and photos that are on my laptop, but not my desktop, to my iPod. How do I do this because it asks me to erase my iPod. Isn't there a way to be able to use my iPod with my desktop and my laptop, adding new content to my iPod from either the desktop or laptop without having to erase the iPod?

Laptop will only boot up when nvidia driver is disabled (or in safe mode)?

My hp dv9000 will no longer boot up in normal mode unless I have my nvidia GeForce 8600M GS disabled. When it's enabled, I used to get a BlueScreen (error with nvlddmkm.sys, a nvidia file) but now it just goes black after the windows logo and has to be force restarted. I've tried updating my driver and doing a complete reinstall, but neither helped. Right now I'm just using the default VGA display adapter, so there a lot of programs I can't run. Any suggestions?

A friend of mine was put on a watchlist for evading arrest...?

So a friend of mine was supposedly speeding on a highway and "outran" the state trooper. He was pulled over a few days later and he was warned about it and that he was "on a watchlist" along with several other of his cars and he was told that they think he has done this more than once. That's like igniting dynamite. It can and will do major damage to your home. You need to have a qualified boiler service technician come in and check out the system. It is possible that you may need a new heat exchanger. It is also possible that a gasket is failing and needs to be replaced. Yet another possibility is that water vapor in the combustion gases is condensing as it gives up heat in the heat exchanger. Those problems each require a different fix. Be safe and call in a technician to determine the exact nature of your trouble.

In a LDR for 3 yrs now. He is 20 live in America. I am 24 live in Australia. We have never seen eachother face to face- our only contact is email, phone msn and webcam. He hasn't finished his studies, doesn't have a job. It may be another 3 - 4 years before he will be able to live with me (have to go through visa as well and get through). We made plans to get married I have his ring. Financially we need to save together bec we both can't afford it alone to fly to see eachother. I am soo scared I don't know if I can do this anymore I love him soo much but the odds seem so against us. My family, friends and his don't see us together. Why are aristocratic titles (duke, earl, etc.) still relevant to the British in the 21st century?

As an American, I am curious as to how an antiquated aristocratic system still holds such sway over the British people. I was reminded of this by reading a news article about Andrew, the Duke of York and his role as a British trade representative. The article referred to him as "his royal highness". How does someone, in this day and age, still seriously refer to another person as a "royal highness" without considering the absurdity of it it all? Of course, the ultimate question related to aristocracy is why is a monarchy still valid? I must admit that I'm more into self development these days. I enjoy learning new things, and quite frankly I do not have much in common anymore with ANY of my friends.
