Where can i get a free printable sympathy card for the lose of a pet?

can anyone tell me a site where i can get one? my mom's friend just lost her cat from that darn pet food thing! the vet said she was too bad of to do anything & they put her to sleep. i would like to make her a card & i have already printed off the rainbow bridge peom for her. thank you for you time.
