Stupid bleach fillers in between the 2 halfs of the arancar saga?

hi im ariel i live in the U.S. and i like bleach ive been watching the dubbed episodes and before the on TV but now im watching the un-dubbed on the computer but before they return to the story about the arancar they went itno a different story . WHAT THE HELL ! anyway is this story really all that important and if so whats it about and what are all the things i should know about it
