The water from my water cooler has a faint taste of bleach, is that harmful to drink?

I cleaned out my water cooler using water & bleach and I rinsed it like 6 times. My water has a very faint bleach taste now. Out of curiousity I tested my water with a pool kit i had to see what the chlorine level was and it was high (3.0). How harmful is it to drink this water?
