What actually is causing the Ozone Layers Destructione.g Smoking?

The ozone layer is created by the solar radiation striking the outer atmosphere. Ozone is not a stable form of oxygen and degrades rapidly. Your umption that it is being destroyed is not true in my opinion, at least not significantly and/or by man.
