I need help finding a Disney movie from my childhood, back in the 80's?

Ok, so I'm looking for a Disney movie, show, don't know which one. It was a Valentine movie with like the whole Disney cast in it. It was lovers like Donald and Daisy, Mickey and Minnie, Pluto and some female dog, the cow and the other cow. Anyways you catch my drift. I thought it was called "Disney's Valentine Special" or Mickey's Valentine or something like that. But apparently I'm wrong cause I cannot find it anywhere! It's as if it doesn't exist!! It had songs from Lionel Richie like "Hello" and "I just called to say I love you", and Toni Basil's "Hey Mickey" along with tons of other 80's songs like that. It had to have come out around 1988, I hope..... Can anyone please help me find it??!!
