Question about Ear piercing care?

I got a second hole done at claires a few weeks and the bottle they gave me to care for my piercing is running low. in the brochure that claries gave me it says not to use hydrogen peroxide but to use claires ear care because its been formulated by doctors. so my question is, is it OK if i just use peroxide?
