Flying with a Snowboard Bag?

Has anyone recently flown on Southwest Airlines with a Sportube Series 3 snowboard bag? It's basically a hard case snowboard bag, but since my snowboard is longer than 62", I'm wondering if I'll get charged for it being oversized. If all goes well, I hope to fit two snowboards in it, keep it under the 50 pound weight limit and hope that I don't get charged extra fees. Any insight would be great. Thanks!
