Who would win a race my saxo or my m8's fiesta?????

I have a 1.4i 8v saxo furio (51 Plate) and my m8 has a 1.25 16v ford Fiesta (T reg). we have seen each other out driving be4 and we have a quick race on some duals but he always makes excuses like he wernt racing or he couldnt overtake me because there are cars in the way. he thinks the 16v makes his alot faster than mine. any1 no wat the result would be in a race
