Why do blacks get stuff but not latinos?

why do black people get to have everything that's just for them. like today we were filling out a PSAT paper nad it said something about if your black you can get some scholarship or something. also other things that are for just black people. i mean, they aren't the ones who people are being racist to anymore. latinos are the ones who people dislike the most for racist reasons and stupid reason when all we do here is work. i know there's gangsters and all that but there is that in every race. i mean its good for the black people but it just gets on my nerves that they get everything and latinos are always being hated on. and also blacks say " its time for a black...." but black people aren't being the minority anymore.
