What should I think? Is he fake or ...?

So this guy I am talking to , I think he likes me he always texts me hey beautiful, your a hottie, you brighten my day when i talk to you (: So i asked him does flirt a lot or what? and he said no he talks to alot of girls but only flirts with the one he likes (; So should i pursue him or what like he makes me really happy and feel special but is he just trying to toot it and boot it? Like he hasnt brung up anything like that at all he is a sweet heart or is it all fake? I am 15 also (:
