if you need pitching then do it. id say if you have an average pitching staff or better then dont do it. Hanson is a young gun with ace potential. Tulowitzki is barely behind hanley for the best SS in the MLB. Bailey and Jimenez are good young pitchers also. but normally you would want better hitters than pitchers. so unless you need the extra pitching help theres no need to do it.

Are there any websites to help create productive workouts and diets?

I'm looking to help facilitate my dietary and workout issues beyond people or information just giving me there ideas as to what is best. I would like to find either websites or books or anything along those lines that could help create daily diets and workouts instead of having hundreds of options that may not work in combination. I know a good diet and workout regimen work best when you do them in certain combinations but cannot find anything that helps find those productive combinations. I think you have a infection. i have had bas asthma since i was 2. Over the counter cough syrup really does not help. You should go see your local doctor if your not better in a couple of days. Your doc will prob give you antibiotics to fight off the infection thats what they give me for my asthma a lot.

How do i swim 100 fly without getting tired keeping long stokes and a good technique?

im a freshman and on the varsity swim team our 1st meet is in 3 days. when my coach says to swim stroke i swim erfly every time. i dont change it up at all so on count of that i think shes going to put me in the 50 fly (yay) and the 100 fly. i swam 100 fly maybe 2 yrs ago and i thought i was going to die/puke any second when i was done. how do i swim fast, not get super tired, keep technique/ rhythm, not get sick and build my confidence to believe i can do this no problem... *some extra info* ive been swimming for 9 or 10 years now 4 of those years on 3 different swim teams the rest of the years on 2 different swim teams
