Are there any websites to help create productive workouts and diets?

I'm looking to help facilitate my dietary and workout issues beyond people or information just giving me there ideas as to what is best. I would like to find either websites or books or anything along those lines that could help create daily diets and workouts instead of having hundreds of options that may not work in combination. I know a good diet and workout regimen work best when you do them in certain combinations but cannot find anything that helps find those productive combinations. If you have any information that would help. Thanks
